The True Meaning of Kalachakra時輪金剛本義

The true meaning of Kalachakra is, at its deepest level, the simultaneous and inseparable operation of clarity and emptiness — what is known as "the non-dual functioning of clarity and emptiness." Kalachakra encompasses all phenomena within time, and its inner meaning concerns the transformation of body, speech, and mind into their enlightened nature through the path of Highest Yoga Tantra.

時輪金剛的本義，在最深層次而言，是明空不二、明空雙運的境界。時輪金剛統攝一切時間中的現象，其內義關乎通過無上瑜伽密法之道，將身、語、意轉化為其覺悟本性。

Interdependent arising — the teaching of pratītyasamutpāda — forms the very foundation of this Dharma. Nothing arises independently; all phenomena arise in mutual dependence. When we penetrate this truth through practice, clinging dissolves, and the luminous nature of mind — Kalachakra itself — is directly experienced.

因緣起用——緣起法的教義——構成了這一法門的根基。萬法皆非獨立生起，一切現象皆相互依存而起。當我們透過修行洞見此真理時，執著消融，心的光明本性——即時輪金剛本身——得以直接體驗。

Grand Master Sheng-Yen Lu transmitted this Kalachakra Dharma in its essential form — not recorded in any text, arising purely from the realisation of the Root Guru — for the benefit of all sentient beings present and throughout the world.
